Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup. Suji {rava},
  • 1.1/2 cup Refined flour
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 Desi Ghee tb sp
  • 1/2 tsp Yeast
  • 1 cup Milk Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar or yeast for yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Stuffing ingredients for
  • 1 cup Fruit mix dry
  • 1/2 cup Fig dry
  • 1/2 cup Date {khjoor}. palm

Instructions
 

  • 1. First of all mix oil, ghee and sooji in a bowl and keep it overnight
  • 2. Now on next day mix yeast with sugar syrup and ferment it 3. Now mix all the ingredients and yeast in a bowl and allow it to rest for 1 hour 4. Now mix all the ingredients of stuffing and make small balls
  • 5. After 1 hour make small balls of dough slightly larger than balls of stuffing 6. Put the stuffing balls onto the dough balls and make cookies like shape 7. Now bake it in oven equal 180 degrees for 15 to 20 mins 8. Tasty cookies are ready to eat
