Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Sweet Corn Kernels boiled and coarsely crushed
  • 1/2 cup Fenugreek methi leaves chopped
  • 1/2 cup Boiled peeled and masheid potatoes boiled
  • 2 tbsp Coriander dhania chopped
  • 1 tsp Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 cup Breads Crumbs breads crumbs
  • Oil
  • 1/2 cup Onion

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion round flat tikkis.

  • Cook each tikki on a non-stick tava (griddle) using of oil till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides
