Cholye
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chickpeas soaked
- 1 packet Packet Teabag teabag
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 spoon Masala cholye
- 1 tbsp red chili powder deggi
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 spoon tamarind pulp
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 spoon Peanut or paste paste
- Ginger Garlic crushed
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Jeera Powder
- Jeera or hing n hing

Instructions
- Soak chickpeas for 2hr n now put in cooker chickpeas n teabag now let it cook for 1/2hr.
- Now keep aside n take a pan put 1spoon oil let it heat now add jeera n hing let it saute.
- Now add chopped onion n all masala let saute for 2min.
- Now add tomato n imli pulp cover with lid n cook for 2-3min.
- Now add chickpeas n salt let it cook for 10min.n serve with phulka or naan
