Ingredients
 

  • 8 slice Bread
  • 1 bowl Spinach or palak blanched palak
  • 1 cube Processed Cheese grated
  • 50 gm Cottage Cheese or paneer grated paneer
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic crushed
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Corn american
  • 50 gm Butter
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add crushed garlic and saute for one mins.
  • Add blanched spinach / palak and american corn and mix well.
  • Add white sauce,salt,black pepper,cheese and cottage cheese / paneer and mix well.
  • Now stuffing mixture is ready.
  • Apply butter on the bread slices.
  • Now spread spinach mixture on the bread.
  • Cover with other slice of bread.
  • Heat non stick pan.
  • Grease with butter and place the spinach sandwich on a medium flame.
  • When it gets golden brown in one side flip it and spread the butter both the sides get golden brown.
  • Cut into two pieces.
