For Gnocchi in a bowl mix potato mash, maida, egg, salt and pepper and cumin powder
Knead it into a smooth dough
Make logs out of it. Cut in 2 cm pieces.
Place each piece on fork and give it shape of gnocchi.
Boil water in a sauce pan. When it comes to boil add gnocchi to it . As soon as it come on top of water strain it. Add oil (1tsp) to it and mix well so that it doesn't stick.
Now heat a pan. Add oil to this and sauté gnocchi for few mins and keep aside.
Now in a bowl mix green mayo chutney, sauth chutney, black Salt, cumin powder, chilli flakes and mix well .
Add cooked gnocchi to it and mix well.
Take a round cookie cutter. Line it with cucumber slices from inside. Then add gnocchi mix .leave for 5 mins in fridge and then remove cookie cutter.
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds, nylon sec and serve.
Notes
Pass mashed potato through strainer for smooth paste.
