- 1 lb Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless; chicken breasts can be substituted
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper adjust to taste
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder for color and mild heat
- 2 tsp Tandoori Masala
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1/2 tsp Corn Flour or all-purpose flour
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut boneless, skinless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine chicken with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper, Kashmiri chili powder, tandoori masala, mustard oil, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Bake the Chicken
- Spread the marinated chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly browned.
Make the Honey Garlic Sauce
