Ingredients

- 4 Onion large, sliced
- 300 gm Bell Peppers bell pepper, sliced

- 250 gm Cottage Cheese indian cottage cheese, cubed

- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 0.5 tbsp Chili Powder red
- 0.25 tbsp Turmeric Powder also known as haldi
- 0.25 tbsp Garam Masala
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil or any cooking oil of your preference
Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables
- Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan. Add the sliced onions and capsicum. Sauté for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
Add Spices and Cook
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well to combine. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften further.
Incorporate Paneer and Garam Masala
