  • Add the dried red chilies and curry leaves. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.

Combine the Ingredients

  • Add the turmeric powder and salt to the tempering. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in the lemon juice and mix well.
  • Add the cooked rice to the pan. Gently stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly.

Serve

  • Remove from heat and serve warm. Garnish with fresh cilantro or curry leaves (optional).
