  • Combine the cinnamon stick, licorice root, black peppercorns, and tulsi leaves in a small saucepan.
  • Add 1 cup of water.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.

Simmer & Steep

  • Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer gently for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to steep for another 5 minutes.

Strain & Sweeten

  • Strain the Kadha through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the solids.
  • Stir in honey to taste.

Serve & Enjoy
