- 1 cup Bell Peppers capsicum, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Tomato chopped, medium

- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds jeera
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder mirch, adjust to taste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder haldi
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds for added flavor, optional
Instructions
Prepare the Broad Beans
- Boil the flat broad beans until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
