Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken
- 4 Onion Paste (or onion onion)
- 4 Cardamom
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Poppy Seeds Paste (or paste khus khus paste)
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 1/2 cup Clarified Butter
- 2 Whole Black Pepper
- 2 cloves - 2 - 3
- 1 inch Cinnamon
- 1 piece Mace
- Black Cardamom
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Heat one tbsp clarified butter in a pan
- Add chicken pieces and saute for 10 mins.and strain it,
- Again heat clarified butter in a pan.
- Add bay leaf,green cardamom,black cardamom,mace,cloves,whole black pepper and cinnamon to crackle.
- Add onion paste and fry till brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder and khus khus paste and saute for 4 - 5 mins
- Add chicken pieces and mix well.
- Add one cup of water and cook cover till 15 - 20 mins
- Add cream and mix well.
- Serve hot with rice
