Ingredients
For the Slush
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed is best
- 1 1/2 cup Pineapple fresh or frozen chunks
- 2 tbsp Honey adjust to your sweetness preference, or to taste
- 2 cup Ice Cubes
For Garnish (Optional)
- 1 Pineapple Wedge for serving
- 1 small Mint Sprig optional garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Pineapple
- Combine 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1/2 cup of coconut water, and 1 1/2 cups of pineapple chunks in a blender.
Blend the Base
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
Add Remaining Ingredients
- Add 2 cups of ice cubes, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the blender.
Blend to Slushy Consistency
- Blend again until the ice is completely crushed and the mixture reaches a slushy but smooth consistency. If it's too thick, add a little more coconut water or pineapple juice to thin it out.
Serve
