Ingredients
- 4-6 same size potatoes
- 1/2 cup couscous
- 1 teaspoon onion seeds
- 1 teaspoon green chilli paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 teaspoon coconut paste
- 4 teaspoon oil
- Salt
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Couscous soaked over night. Peal off the potato skin and cut into same size.
- Heat a pan add oil. Then add onion seeds, potatoes, turmeric powder and salt. Stir fry and cover for five minutes.
- Open the lid add green chilli paste, coconut paste and couscous. Stir fry and again cover again for five minutes.
- Now ready to serve with steam rice.
