Ingredients & Quantity
  • 4-6 same size potatoes
  • 1/2 cup couscous
  • 1 tsp onion seeds
  • 1 tsp green chilli paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp coconut paste
  • 4 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of salt

How to cook?
  1. Couscous soaked over night. Peal off the potato skin and cut into same size.
  2. Heat a pan add oil. Then add onion seeds, potatoes, turmeric powder and salt. Stir fry and cover for five minutes.
  3. Open the lid add green chilli paste, coconut paste and couscous. Stir fry and again cover again for five minutes.
  4. Now ready to serve with steam rice.
