Ingredients

- 1 cup Yogurt thick, full-fat yogurt or curd is recommended.
- 1/4 cup Coriander finely chopped
- 1-2 Chilies finely chopped; adjust to your spice preference., green
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste; consider using a mix of regular and black salt for extra depth.
- 1/4 tsp Salt kala namak; optional, adds a unique flavor., black
For the Tadka (Tempering)
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds jeera
- 1 pinch Asafoetida hing
- 1 tbsp Fenugreek Leaves kasuri methi, dried
