- 1 Pineapple cut round
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Caster Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 drop Essence pineapple
- 1/2 cup Sugar brown
- 200 gm Butter
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 to 2 Cherries
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
