Additional Tips
- For an extra crispy topping when baking, sprinkle a mixture of breadcrumbs and a little grated cheddar or parmesan cheese over the top before placing it in the oven; drizzle with a few drops of melted butter for added golden crunch.
- To enhance the fusion flair, stir in a spoonful of green chutney or a dash of Maggi masala seasoning to the cheese sauce before mixing with the noodles for an extra layer of aromatic spice.
- If you prefer a stretchier cheese pull, blend some mozzarella with the cheddar, as this combination will make the cheese sauce more gooey and visually appealing for serving.
- Leftover Mag N Cheese can be transformed into crispy snacks by scooping chilled portions, rolling them in flour, dipping in beaten egg, coating with breadcrumbs, and shallow-frying until golden for delicious cheese bites.
