  • Make maggi noodles with just a little of tastemaker and set aside.
  • In a non stick pot, heat the butter and add the all purpose flour.
  • Stir it continuously on low flame until a nice aroma emanates in your kitchen.
  • Add in the milk and stir it well so that no lumps are remaining and the mixture thickens a bit.
  • Now add in the cheese along with the salt and give them all a good mix.
  • Finally stir in the boiled noodles and mix well. Garnish with chilli and parsley flakes. Serve it steaming hot right away.

  • For an extra crispy topping when baking, sprinkle a mixture of breadcrumbs and a little grated cheddar or parmesan cheese over the top before placing it in the oven; drizzle with a few drops of melted butter for added golden crunch.
