Ingredients

- 100 gm Cottage Cheese indian cottage cheese. can be substituted with firm tofu for a vegan option.
- 50 gm Mozzarella
- 25 gm Cheese amul cheese or any processed cheese of your choice, processed
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Coriander finely chopped
- 1-2 Chili adjust to taste, finely chopped, green
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
For the Dough
- 2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Clarified Butter
- Water as needed, to make a soft dough
Instructions
Prepare the Cheese Filling
- Grate the paneer, mozzarella, and Amul cheese. Combine the grated cheeses with the finely chopped onion, cilantro, green chilies, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt.
Make the Dough
- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add ghee or oil and enough water to form a soft, pliable dough. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
Assemble and Cook the Parathas
- Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center. Bring the edges of the dough together and gently seal, forming a ball. Roll the stuffed ball into a thin, round paratha.
