Ingredients
- 300 gm Black Lentil
- 1 Onions (number)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- a tsp Garam Masala (half)
- 2 Green Chillies (number)
- 1 Tez Patta 1 Number (tez patta number)
- a tsp red chili powder (half)
- tsp Coriander (powder half)
- a tsp Turmeric (half)
- 1 pinch Cumin (whole one)
- 100 gm Kidney Beans
- 1 Tomato (number)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Boil the black lentils along with the kidney beans
- Heat the oil in a non stick frying pan, add whole cumin, wait till it turns black, add onions and garlic cloves. Fry until they turn brown
- Add the garam masala, dhania powder, turmeric and red chilly powder also add the cut green chillies, mix properly with the onions then add tomato and add a little water to make the curry.
- When the curry is made add salt and the boiled lentil, add a little water as well, mix it properly and cook for five minutes, make sure the curry is not very thin, do not add excess water.
