Fruit Layer

Base Layer

  • 8 Biscuit finely crushed, mcvities digestive biscuits

Cake Layer

Cream Layer

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream whipped; divided into white and pink portions. use gel food coloring for pink.

Garnish

  • 1 tbsp Silver balls edible silver sprinkles or dragees; multi-colored sprinkles can be used as an alternative.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Jar

  • Crush 8 McVities biscuits into fine crumbs.

Layer 1

  • Place half of the crushed biscuits at the bottom of a jar or glass.
  • Layer half of the sliced strawberries, cherries, blueberries, and pineapple on top of the biscuit layer.
  • Add half of the cubed sponge cake.
  • Pipe or spread a layer of the white whipped cream over the cake.

Layer 2

  • Repeat the previous step: Add the remaining crushed biscuits, fruit, cake, and a layer of white whipped cream.

Finishing Touches

  • Top with a layer of the pink whipped cream.
  • Garnish with silver balls (or sprinkles) and additional fruit slices for decoration.
