Ingredients
For the Halva Base
For Coloring
- Few drops Food Coloring yellow
- Few drops Food Coloring green
- Few drops Food Coloring maroon

- 1 Silicone Mold a rectangular or other shape that suits your preference.
Instructions
Prepare the Halva Base
- Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once boiling, add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Gradually add the agar agar powder, whisking continuously to prevent lumps. Bring to a simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Divide and Color
- Divide the cooled halva mixture into four equal parts.
- Leave one part plain (white).
- Add a few drops of yellow food coloring to one part and stir until evenly distributed.
- Repeat with green and maroon food coloring in separate bowls.
Layer and Set
- Lightly grease your silicone mold.
- Pour the yellow mixture into the mold and let it set in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes, or until firm.
- Pour the white mixture over the set yellow layer and refrigerate for another 10-15 minutes.
- Repeat with the green, white, and maroon layers, allowing each layer to set before adding the next.
Demold and Serve
- Once all the layers are set (this should take approximately 45-60 minutes), carefully demold the halva onto a serving plate.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
