An aromatic gravy with rich spices and lots of garlic. this gravy has a creamy texture but it is completely butter and cream free !

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Paneer cut into fingers
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 to Tomato
  • 4-5 Cashews
  • 6-7 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Hung Curd
  • 1 tbsp Whole Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 1 cup Skimmed Milk
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi freshly roasted and powdered
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder kashmiri
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • to Sugar optional taste
  • 1 tsp Tandoori Masala

Instructions
 

  • heat the ghee. cook onions, tomato, garlic, cashews and whole spices with some water till mushy.
  • puree the cooked mixture with curd and return to flame. Cook with all the dry spices except kasuri methi till it leaves the fat
  • add the paneer and milk. bring to a boil till it thickens. add the kasuri methi.
  • Serve hot with crisp rotis
