- 1 sprig Curry Leaves fresh
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Peppercorns black

- 1 tbsp Pigeon Pea split pigeon peas
- 1 tbsp Split Chickpea split bengal gram
- 1/2 tsp Rice raw
