How to cook?
  1. Take wheat flour in a large bowl along with horsegram flour, turmeric powder, pav bhajji masala powder, finely chopped spring onion leaves, salt and finely chopped red chilli.
  2. Add water little by little to the flour and combine together to form a dough. Add olive oil and knead well to get a smooth dough.
  3. Cover it and keep aside for 15 - 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 5 - 6 equal sized balls. Take one ball and roll it into roti shape using rolling pin.
  4. Heat tawa ( use non stick to reduce oil ) and place the rolled roti on it. Cook on both the sides by brushing very little oil and remove from the flame.
  5. Repeat the process for the remaining dough and serve hot with Raita or Kurma.
