  • Peel the oranges and segment them, removing any seeds or pith.
  • Place the orange segments in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • Strain the orange juice through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any remaining pulp or bits.

Make the Sugar Syrup

  • In a small saucepan, combine the water and granulated sugar over medium heat.
  • Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and the syrup is clear.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine and Freeze

  • In a large bowl, gently combine the strained orange juice and cooled sugar syrup. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion.
  • Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
  • Place the molds in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, until solid.

Unmold and Serve
