- 3-4 medium Oranges navel or valencia oranges are recommended for their sweetness and juiciness.
For the Sugar Syrup
- 1 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Sugar adjust to your preferred sweetness level., granulated
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
Prepare the Orange Juice
- Peel the oranges and segment them, removing any seeds or pith.
- Place the orange segments in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Strain the orange juice through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any remaining pulp or bits.
Make the Sugar Syrup
- In a small saucepan, combine the water and granulated sugar over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and the syrup is clear.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
Combine and Freeze
- In a large bowl, gently combine the strained orange juice and cooled sugar syrup. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, until solid.
Unmold and Serve
