- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil rice bran oil recommended, but any neutral oil works
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 large Egg for binding and richness
Instructions
Prepare the Yogurt Mixture
- Combine yogurt and sugar in a bowl. Mix well until the sugar is mostly dissolved. Set aside.
Combine Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Ensure all dry ingredients are well combined.
