Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for the Best Sprouted Black Chana Curry
- Soak the chana: Soak the black chana overnight for optimal sprouting. This helps soften the beans and speeds up the sprouting process.
- Adjust the spice level: Adjust the amount of green chilies and red chili powder to your preferred level of spiciness.
- Don't overcook the sprouts: Overcooking can make the sprouts mushy. Simmer gently until just heated through.
- Add other vegetables: Feel free to add other vegetables like chopped tomatoes, onions, or spinach for added flavor and nutrients.
