Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for Perfect Soy Seekh Kebabs
- For extra flavor, marinate the soy granules in a mixture of ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice for 30 minutes before adding to the vegetable mixture.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the kebabs; cook them in batches to ensure even browning and cooking.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before using to prevent them from burning during cooking.
- Feel free to experiment with other vegetables such as carrots, zucchini, or onions. You can also add finely chopped fresh herbs like cilantro or mint for an extra burst of flavor.
