- 0.25 cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
- 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.75 cup Sugar powdered
Wet Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Vegetable Oil or groundnut oil, refined sunflower oil, rice bran oil
- 0.25 cup Yogurt dahi
- 0.25 cup Milk add 1 tablespoon more if needed
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1 cup Walnuts coarsely chopped
Instructions
Prepare the Dry Ingredients
- Sift together the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add the powdered sugar and mix well. Set aside.
Prepare the Baking Tin
- Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking pan with oil and dust with flour. Chop the walnuts; set aside 1/2 cup for topping and add the remaining to the dry ingredients.
