Preheat & Prepare

  • Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease and flour a 7 x 11 inch rectangular baking pan.

Combine Dry Ingredients

  • Sift together the whole wheat flour, cornstarch, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt 4-5 times to ensure a smooth batter.

Combine Wet Ingredients

Combine Wet and Dry
