Ingredients

- 2 Potato boiled and mashed
- 2 clove Garlic minced
- 5 leaves Curry Leaves
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder haldi
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1 Chili finely chopped, green
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds rai
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Assembly
- 2 slices Bread brown
Instructions
Prepare the Spiced Potato Filling
- Grate the boiled potatoes. In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well.
Make the Tadka (Tempering)
- Heat vegetable oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add the minced garlic and curry leaves. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant and lightly browned (about 30 seconds).
Combine and Assemble
