- 500 gm Salmon Fillet skin on or off, your preference
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed is best
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Pepper freshly ground, black, preferably
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
Serving Suggestions
- 4 Arabic Kuboos Bread or other bread of your choice
- 1/2 cup Garlic Sauce store-bought or homemade
Instructions
Prepare the Salmon
- Wash the salmon fillet and pat it dry with paper towels. Cut into portions if necessary.
