Ingredients
Bread & Cutters
- 6 slices Bread use sandwich bread; trim crusts if desired. you'll need cookie cutters in heart and flower shapes.
Red Beetroot Filling
- 100 gm Cottage Cheese crumbled
- 1/2 medium Beetroot grated
- 1 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1 tsp Cumin roasted and ground
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
Green Chutney Filling
- 100 gm Cottage Cheese crumbled
- 2 tbsp Chutney green
Instructions
Prepare the Bread
- Cut out heart and flower shapes from the centers of four bread slices using cookie cutters. Set the cutouts aside.
Make the Red Beetroot Filling
- Combine crumbled paneer, grated beetroot, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
Make the Green Chutney Filling
- In a separate bowl, combine crumbled paneer and green chutney. Mix well.
Assemble the Sandwiches
- Spread the red beetroot filling evenly on two slices of bread.
- Top each with two heart-shaped bread cutouts, creating a "surprise door" effect.
- Spread the green chutney filling evenly on the remaining two bread slices.
- Top each with two flower-shaped bread cutouts.
