- 1/4 cup Bell Peppers finely chopped, red
- 1/4 cup Carrot finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp Scallions finely chopped
- 1 tsp Oregano dried
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Flakes optional, red
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, softened butter, and yogurt. Mix well.
- Gradually add the warm milk, mixing until a smooth dough forms. Knead the dough for a few minutes until soft and pliable. This develops the gluten, resulting in a chewier naan.
