Ingredients

- 8 tbsp Yogurt plain yogurt; also known as curd
- 3 cup All-Purpose Flour also known as maida
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup Milk add more as needed to achieve desired dough consistency.
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt adjust to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Instructions
Prepare the Dough
- Combine yogurt, flour, oil, milk, sugar, salt, garlic paste, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl. Mix until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms. Add more milk if needed.
Rest the Dough
- Lightly oil a bowl, place the dough inside, and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Garlic Butter Topping
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped coriander. Set aside.
Shape and Cook the Naan
- Divide the dough into 6-8 equal portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into an oval shape, about 1/8 inch thick.
Cook on the Tawa
