Ingredients
 

For the Filling

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese indian cottage cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup Corn boiled or canned, sweet
  • 1/2 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mint Chutney
  • 1/4 cup Cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend, shredded

Prepare the Filling

  • In a medium bowl, combine the paneer, sweet corn, and chopped onion. Mix well.
  • Add the mint chutney and mix gently to combine. Stir in a small amount of the shredded cheese. Set aside.

Assemble the Sandwiches

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Slice the hot dog buns in half lengthwise and gently remove some of the bread from the center to create a well.
  • Spread softened butter evenly on the inside of each bun half.

Bake and Garnish

  • Spoon the corn and paneer mixture into the prepared bun halves. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and a light dusting of pizza seasoning (if using).
  • Garnish with a slice of tomato.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
