Ingredients
For the Filling
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese indian cottage cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup Corn boiled or canned, sweet
- 1/2 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Mint Chutney
- 1/4 cup Cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend, shredded
For the Sandwiches
- 4 Dog Buns hot, or your preferred bread
- 2 tbsp Butter softened
- 1 tsp Pizza Seasoning optional
- 1 Tomato for garnish, thinly sliced
Instructions
Prepare the Filling
- In a medium bowl, combine the paneer, sweet corn, and chopped onion. Mix well.
- Add the mint chutney and mix gently to combine. Stir in a small amount of the shredded cheese. Set aside.
Assemble the Sandwiches
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice the hot dog buns in half lengthwise and gently remove some of the bread from the center to create a well.
- Spread softened butter evenly on the inside of each bun half.
Bake and Garnish
- Spoon the corn and paneer mixture into the prepared bun halves. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and a light dusting of pizza seasoning (if using).
- Garnish with a slice of tomato.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
