Ingredients
Chocolate Mixture
- 1 cup Chocolate 60% cacao or less, as per your taste, dark
- 4 tbsp Skimmed Milk
- 1 pack Soft Tofu 250g, fresh
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar brown, optional
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate. Use a microwave in 30-second bursts or a double boiler to prevent scorching.
- In a food processor or blender, blend the tofu until completely smooth. This creates the creamy base of the pie.
- Add the cocoa powder, melted chocolate, skimmed milk, peanut butter, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and salt to the tofu. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- If using a pie crust, place it in your baking dish.
- Pour the tofu chocolate mixture into the pie crust. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts evenly over the top.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 2-3 hours to allow it to set. This will create a firm, sliceable pie.
Recipe Notes
Good To Know
- You can replace pie crust with whole wheat bread slices.

- For a firmer pie, chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free cookies or oats for the crust.
- Sprinkle with sea salt or smoked salt to enhance the flavors.
- Add chopped walnuts or toasted seeds for extra crunch.
Expert Tips
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate with a high cocoa content.
- If you're short on time, you can use a pre-made chocolate pudding mix instead of making your own.
