- 1/2 cup Water add more water as needed to achieve a smooth, pourable consistency.
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste

- 10-12 ounce Spinach choose young, fresh, tender leaves for best results.

- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
- 1 tbsp Boondi crispy, salty boondi is ideal.
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1 tbsp Oil for frying. vegetable or canola oil recommended.
