Ingredients
- 1 cup Batter adai
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Chili Powder red
- 2.5 tbsp Coconut grated, freshly
- 2 tbsp Cashews dry roasted chopped
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- Ghee as needed
Instructions
Prepare the Adai Batter
- Add salt and red chili powder to the adai batter and mix well. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Roast the Nuts and Seeds
- Dry roast the cashews and sunflower seeds in a pan over medium heat until fragrant and lightly browned. Set aside to cool.

- Gently fold in the freshly grated coconut into the rested adai batter. Mix well to ensure even distribution.
