Expert Tips for the Perfect Khasta Aloo Tikki Chaat
- For extra crispy tikkis, ensure the potatoes are completely dry before mixing with the other ingredients. You can gently squeeze out excess moisture.
- Adjust the amount of red chili powder to your liking. Start with less and add more if you prefer a spicier chaat.
- If you don’t have fresh breadcrumbs, you can use panko breadcrumbs for a lighter, crispier texture.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro or sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles) for added visual appeal and flavor.
