Expert Tips for Perfect Hash Brown Egg Nests

  • For extra crispy nests, use a combination of shredded and coarsely grated hash browns.
  • Don't overcrowd the muffin tin; this will ensure even cooking and crispy edges.
  • Add a sprinkle of your favorite cheese or herbs to the egg filling for an extra burst of flavor.
  • For a vegetarian option, omit the cheese and add sautéed mushrooms and spinach for a hearty filling.
