Ingredients
 

Pistachio Base

Spice & Sweetener

  • 2 tsp Cardamom Powder ground cardamom (elaichi)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar or to taste; adjust to your preference

Liquid & Ice

  • 2 cup Milk whole milk recommended for creaminess, but any kind works
  • 4-6 cubes Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pistachios

  • Soak the shelled pistachios in warm water for about 15 minutes to soften them. This will make blending easier.

Blend the Ingredients

  • Drain the pistachios and add them to a blender along with the cashews, cardamom powder, sugar, and a little milk (about 1/2 cup). Blend until a smooth paste forms.

Add Remaining Ingredients & Blend

  • Add the remaining milk and ice cubes to the blender. Blend again until the milkshake is completely smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

Serve & Enjoy

  • Pour the Pistachio Milkshake into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with extra pistachios or a sprinkle of cardamom if desired.
