  • 4 Potato boiled and mashed, medium-sized
  • 5 Tomato finely chopped
  • 2 Onion finely chopped, medium-sized

Sauté Aromatics

  • Heat butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté until fragrant. Add ginger-garlic-green chili paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add finely chopped onions and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.

Add Tomatoes and Capsicum

  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened. Then add the chopped capsicum and cook until the mixture comes together, about 5-7 minutes.

Incorporate Spices and Potatoes

  • Add red chili powder, pav bhaji masala, paprika, coriander powder, and salt. Stir well to combine. Add the boiled and mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly. Add a little water, as needed, to adjust the consistency. Cook over medium heat, mashing the mixture with the back of a spoon until it becomes smooth and creamy.
