Ingredients
For the Kebabs:
- 500 gm Chicken Mince licious awadhi murgh keema preferred, or use your favorite brand.
- 3 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference, red
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Corriander Powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander, chopped, fresh
Instructions
Prepare the Kebabs
- Combine the chicken mince, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and chopped coriander in a bowl. Mix well to ensure all spices are evenly distributed. Shape the mixture into small kebab patties.
Cook the Kebabs
- Heat the mustard oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the kebabs to the pan.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Cover the pan with a lid for even cooking, reducing heat as needed.
