Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for Perfect Matar Paneer
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) along with the peas.
- Adjust the amount of green chilies according to your spice preference.
- Soaking the paneer in hot water for 10-15 minutes before frying will make it softer and prevent it from becoming crumbly.
- Don't overcook the peas, as this will make them mushy. Aim for a tender-crisp texture.
