- 1 tsp Carom Seeds also known as ajwain
- 1 tbsp Peppercorns black
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida also known as hing
- 2 tbsp Mango Powder also known as amchur, dry
- 1 tsp Ginger Powder dry
- 1 tsp Mint Leaves alternatively use 1 tbsp fresh mint, also known as dried, finely chopped and dried.
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Salt also known as kala namak, black
Instructions
Dry Roasting the Spices
- Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and carom seeds in a pan over medium heat until fragrant. Ensure they don't burn; watch carefully. Let cool completely before grinding.
Grinding the Spices
