Master Class With Master Chef Pankaj Bhadouria

It was an inspiring day as we (my daughter and me) got a chance to learn something new at the Masterclass with Master Chef Pankaj Bhadouria on 25th Feb 2017 at Babian Inn organized by Jagran Sangini club Lucknow.  She demonstrated four recipes within 45 minutes and also shared her success story alongside. A teacher at City Montessori school Lucknow. When she was selected for master chef contest, needed 3 months leave and it was disapproved. Master Chef Pankaj decided to quit her 16 years old secure job for her passion. And rest is history.

Along with the recipes, she also gave some cooking tips: Few of them were –

a)  Oil and salt can be added to wheat flour while preparing the dough to make crispy paratha.  

b)  While making mutton kabab add vanaspati with freshly minced mutton and mix using hands. Add the kabab masala and freeze for half an hour to get a soft and tasty kebab.  

c)  For Gatta recipe add oil and curd to Bengal gram flour makes the Gatta soft.    

She also answered all the queries from the audience and narrated her experience of demonstrating the Gatte ki sabzi at an event in U.K. It was approved by Cambridge university and told this was good for the heart. She shared four recipes during the class with the audience.
