First of all blanch and blend peas to paste. Boil chana dal and mash it to a coarsely grind paste and keep aside
In a pan, take 1 tablespoon cooking oil, add cumin seed and boiled chana dal. Cook it for 4 to 5 min, let it be bit dry now then add green peas paste to this and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes
Now add salt and all other spices and cook for 2 minute and transfer this in a bowl
In a mixture add chopped coriander leaves and bread crumbs mix it well and form a smooth dough
In another bowl add all the ingredients for filling (raisins, cashew-nuts, pistachio, green chilies, coriander, ginger)
Now take a portion of peas mixture on your palms flat it, fill it with the filling mixture and roll it into patties. Repeat this step with rest of mixture and form 10 -12 patties
In a pan add oil and shallow fry patties till golden brown.
Mutter dry fruit kabab is ready serve it hot with mint chutney and onion rings
Notes
If looking for healthy option you can use normal cooking oil but if you want to give it a royal classy taste cook it with pure ghee.
