Stuffed Pointed Gourd

Here is a simple Bengali recipe.

white sesame

Ginger paste

green chilies
chopped

tbsp
coconut milk

teaspoon
mustard oil
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Wash the poined gourd and cut vertically. Take out the flesh from inside and keep separate.
Now make a paste with coconut, flesh of pointed gourd, mustard seeds, poppy seeds, white sesame, ginger, green chillies and salt
Heat a pan add 1 tsp oil add chopped green chillies and the paste then
sauté
. In other side make par boil the pointed gourd.
Now fill the cooked paste into the boiled pointed gourd and keep aside.
Now again add 1 tsp mustard oil on the pan
sauté
the stuffed pointed gourd. Cook for a few minutes and add the remaining paste and cook for a minute.
Now it is ready to serve. It can serve with steamed rice.
