Ingredients
 

  • 100 gm pointed gourd
  • ½ bowl vegetables
  • ½ glass Buttermilk
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut paste
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Scoop the pointed gourd then keep aside.

  • Make a filling with adding grated veggies, green chillies, chopped fresh ginger and salt.

  • Now fill into the hollow of the gourd

  • Shallow fry them

  • Keep them separate.

  • Now make the masala with adding oil cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, kashmiri mirch, coconut paste, cinnamon powder and salt.

  • Continuously stirring the mixed masala add butter milk. Again keep on stirring the masala. Again add butter milk and make thick masala.
  • Pour on the shallow fried pointed gourd and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with chapati.
