Instructions
Cut the chicken into small cubes, wash nicely and dry it completely.
Mix lemon juice and spices with yogurt. Mix the chicken and marinade for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
For the second marination, add 2 tbsp mustard oil and mix well. Keep aside for 1 hour.
Put the chicken onto the skewers. Brush a little oil and cook in an oven at 180 degree for 25-30 minutes.
Remove and serve hot sprinkled with chat masala, chopped coriander and onions.
